Contact our concierge team at either our Miami or Zürich office within 14 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

Place the timepiece in its original manufacturer box with all documentation, including the warranty card and certificates, inside a secure shipping container.

Insured Transit

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at an authorized courier location; all returns must be fully insured for the purchase value.

Inspection & Refund

Once our master watchmakers verify the watch's condition and serial numbers, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
